"Experts from the street scene" will say swap, turbo, nitrous, or any combination of the three. I've built B18A/B IT engines, Prod engines, and "street" engines - completely apples to oranges on all three. Today I'm actually installing a fresh "turbo build" B18B into a Civic that's going to be pushing about 14psi of turbo'y goodness - wooosh!

so even if the eagle crank is the same weight stroke as factory its prohibited ? just looking for a cheaper replacement than a oem acura one and they can come balanced
You don't just want the crank balanced, you want to balance the flywheel, pp and front pulley with the crankshaft. Plus every Honda crank that I have put on a balancer is already balanced.
