IT prep to the max; no oil cooler but big aluminum race radiator--a HOWE--and an Accusump. 4 cyl. in-line 1.6 ltr.
Always used Mobil 1 but occassionally Brad Penn. Valvoline mineral race oil for break-in; Mobil 1 is great oil.

MPT here, 40 weight race oil for the car. They have a top notch street oil also.
