Where is a good spot to mount the end of the hose to blow on the rotor? I have the fronts ok but am unsure where the best spot to mount the rest. Thanks.

Cram it down into the triangle formed by the upright, and the caliper, pointing at the center of the rotor/bearing. Safety wire in place.
Figure out the routing before cutting it, to leave enough lenght for tire clearance when turning.
turn wheels all the way left for the right duct and right for the left duct to make sure you have enough clearanc3
Here's what we use. These are fiberglass and blow into the center of the ventilated disk, and also just above the outside of the disk. Hose runs above control arm and below drive shaft. Not a lot of wasted air and hi velocity. 2.5" hose. Also blows on wheel bearing too.

Are those beauties a custom fabrication or available off the shelf somewhere?
Nice fit!

Those are really nice..
Put a price on them, and get on with paying for your racing.
The Cup ones are tig welded and cost about 80$ ea. used.

After this weekend at Blackhawk, I'll get around to making a batch of them. I can do fiberglass in most colors and carbon fiber ones for a bit more. I've sold them for $100 a pair with mounting brackets. And $50 more for Carbon fiber if anyone's interested. May take a couple weeks though, racing season's just starting here.

Send me a set, and I'll add you as a parts source in the E book.
The book is done!! waiting final editing. MM

I want a set for my MK3 VR6 car.
I don't know that these will fit a Mk3. They were designed for A1 steering knuckles.

They won't. that was the reason for the frowny face.
One other note, they are specific to each side. They fit right along the steering knuckle. Refer to the above links, and maybe you can get an idea if they would fit or be modified.

Fitting the Mk 2 and 3 would make business sense. IMHO. MM

I want for MK3! There are two cars here in DC that would buy them instantly. We could even send you a spare knuckle for development.

I would be interested, I'd need a knuckle/disk/hub probably from each side. possibly the A1 mold i have may be easily modified, which could save time. Email me if interested. may take a month or so...racing season is on now.

I suppose (sigh) I could be the test monkey for the MK II if you needed someone.

Will these will work for the 10.1" rotors?
I'd like a set in carbon fiber please, and it would be for a scirocco II.
