Looks like I may not be able to race this year and I'm considering renting my IT7 to stay in the game a little. What advice do you have. Positive experiences are as welcomed as horror stories. I want to make sure I don't miss a critical element.

Do the REAL math to determine what it costs to run the car and don't even think about renting if you don't ask for that much - annual service $$ divided by the number of hours before it has to be repeated, cost of initial construction amortized over some expected life of the car, all the obvious consummables, and minimum wage for your time.
