Just pull out the stock ones and have them turned down on a lathe. Should be a machine shop near you. Just turn down far enough in for the width of the bushing. I suggest getting the proper wrench for the mount studs or they will round off easy. They are usually really tight.

If you buy some, make sure to get the right ones. Different Koni shocks take different studs.

I took a different route. I removed the bushing from the bottom of the shocks and had some Delrin bushings made with the proper size bolt hole. I left a lip on the outside to allow the bushing to stay located, thus eliminating any shift.
