Correct Address for License

The address in the GCR says Competition License, 6700 Southwest Topeka Blvd., 66619. The address inside the Novice Permit says Licensing Department, P.O. Box 299 66601.

Which one is correct?

If you want express service, use the 6700 address, if you only want regular service, use the po box address. If you want more info go to the SCCA webpage and click on forms in the left menu bar. I just renewed not more than a month ago, now I've got a regular regional license.
