ITA miata spring rates?

I am working on a 94 1.8 miata for ITA. Currently it has a SM suspension. any one have recommendations for spring rates?

im using tein shocks and 750 front and 400 rear,, with spec miata front bar and stock rear bar, i know andy has a different set up and he is much faster, plus he has a heavier bar, i would go with andy set up,

All set-ups don't work for all people. The key is to gather the info and try them all and see what suits you best.
