given the high cost of travel with fuel costs, i figure i can save money by going to production :119: and running some local national races instead of driving 400 miles to a regional IT race.
if i am reading the prod rules correctly, the only things i have to do are:
a. windshield clips (allowed by IT)
b. fuel cell (allowed by IT)
c. on-board fire system (allowed by IT)
i may not be that competitive but i wouldn't be the slowest either.
is there anything i am missing? is this one of the reasons that everyone is concerned about the slippery slope from IT to PROD? we can be compliant except for changing the class ID on the door?
anyone else out there running dual set-up cars?
