speaking of tech days, I have a friend who wants to go to the Roebling double school. Any way to get his car logbooked before then? Washington DC area.

thanks.

Sabastian, have him contact Ron Skidmoore or Robert Rivello. You can get their information off http://www.wdcr-scca.com/email/contacts.php Both hold national scrutineer licenses and can issue log books as well as Annual inspections. Just remember to donate to their gas fund as they will work out comming to you if your within reasonable distance.

Yes, What tech is in NH?

I am told that there will be two open houses this year. one in manchester and one in nasua. ONE of these will also be a preseason tech but I do not remember which one.

ok i checked my notes

Here is the pre-season tech schedule for 2006... March 18th, Saturday...Cart Trak, Windsor, Ct 9:00 am to 2 pm March 25th, Saturday...Nashua Open house...Nashua, NH, time yet to be set. April 8th, Saturday...Dick Shines Garage, Walpole, Ma, 8:30am to 2pm

Who's making a list of those who want to help in the Nashua Open House? Put me down to help.
When a time & date is set for the Manchester Open House let me know.

Dick, email me the particulars on the open house/tech day. Or have the mayor send it to me.

Doug and Ed.
this is not really my deal. Peter and Gibby are setting these up. they are at vocational schools. I expect they should have all the details pretty set by annual meeting. they ran one of these last year and are adding a second one this year.
one caution, besides doing annual techs at one of these, the events are not member social occasions. they are specificy designed to attract new people particuarly workers. the organizers do not wont them to degenerate into bench racing sessions. If you want to help work the newbies over your help is needed. if you want to hang out with your bud because it has been a long winter there are better places.

Dick, does that mean we can't give you any grief (and get significantly more in return)? Hell, then why attend...? ;) - GA
