    This ITA stuff is all smoke and mirrors while I try and "backdoor" my proposal to get the 2nd gen RX-7 down to 2450 min weight...

    Works for me, although it might be tough to get there. Do you think that would be enuf to make us competitive with the bimmers?

    Hey Carlos, thanks for the post. I agree that a Miata could be a fast ITA car. I'm actually helping to build one, and after running in SM, it's less that 1.5 seconds off of the fast ITA times. So, with some motor and suspension work, it should be able to get a lot closer.
