Annual tech NYR or NNJR ??

Can anyone tell me if and when either of these regions are going to have an Annual Tech day???

Been looking at their sites, I haven't seen anything posted yet.....

I am a NNJR tech worker. I cannot speak for NYR, but NNJR has scheduled two annual techs. The first tech is Sunday April 10th at Reinertsen Motor SAAB on Rte 53 in Denville, NJ from 12 pm to 4pm. The second tech is Sunday May 1st at G & S Autoworks on 11 Foundry St in Oxford, NJ from 11 am to 3 pm.

Is this pre tech still on? IF so do you have to notify anyone or just show up? Also do I need to have all my decals on the car for tech? I just had the car painted and I don't think the vinyl will be on for this sunday.
