I live in Swampscott MA. About 6 miles north of Boston. I don't know what the "official" number is, but I think we got about 30" of snow! I have a drift in my backyard that is 42" deep. It was -2 when I got up this morning. A new record for today at Logan Airport. So you get no sympathy from me Greg.
When's the first race of the year? Feels like years away...
But hey, I got to go to Cincinatti, Ohio tomorrow for business!
Jim
Hey Gregg,
Its 75-80 and sunny in my neighborhood today, but was in the 50’s when I woke up so I had to put on the Poly-Pro Long-Johns and winter coat.
So I can feel you pain =)
But I would trade this in a second for some snow!!!!!!

You rat bastards... (this is all the racing I got to do today...)

That's OK, I'm sure the Dolphins, the Bucs and the Jaguars were also mowing their lawns today...
GO PATRIOTS!!!

HeHe Andy your killing me.
I'm in Beverly MA, I saw on some website that Beverly got 32" with 5'6" snowdrifts. It was definitly that. The first thing I saw when I came in the kitchen was my sliding glass door that had a snow drift up to my chest.
Go pats!!

Dick,
I looked through all of the pictures, but I didn't see your motorhome on the course. What did you race?
We had about 21", and it was 3 deg on the way in to work. Sounds like we got off easy in Northern NJ !!!

I don't think that cage will pass tech.

Oh yeah, it'll be forever. Wait, what's that I hear? Could it be? Why yes, it's the sound of engines warming for next week's Rolex racing.Originally posted by Team Rocket:

Hope I don't have to wear a sweater.
G
Andy, that was very good.
Dick, you sure look cute.
Hope to ssee you all in the spring.
Honestly I am so thankful that we have an offseason. How I ever would be able to save up for racing goodies I have no idea. At least Gregg didn't show us pictures of girls on the beach. Then I'd really be jealous.
Oh, go Eagles?! (I'm really a phins fan and haven't gotten over the Ricky debacle. Grrr.)

Dick, that's a great pic! If my wearguard jacket was a little bigger I'd sure let you borrow it next time.
I went running yesterday in the snow. Once you get moving it's not so bad, though lots of funny looks from those still shoveling out.
Sure it will! You just gotta read between the lines on the rules. Draw a line between the top of the pipe that's holding the weights (half of which, I might add, are old used-up steel racing brake rotors) to the handle where I adjust the chute angle, and I can duck 2 inches below that as they're measurin' it.I don't think that cage will pass tech.
Piece of cake.
One, uno, 1 degree was the temp on the thermometer in the truck going to work today. A couple hours yesterday was spent outside pushing around a snowblower that is older than most folks on this forum.(Actually, it's self propelled). The thing still runs like a champ. I did mow the lawn a bit since I didn't realize where the driveway ended and the lawn began until I saw sod getting flung from the blower chute.

Most mornings it has been -10 to -17 (that's negative... below zero) here. And we only got 3" of snow from the storm. You "flatlanders" get all the fun.
