Yup. That's why the ITAC allowed all cars to move to 15" wheels and tires.
The IT7 guys up here in New England are running 205/50-15 Nitto NT-01 on 15x7 wheels.

Improved Touring Advisory Commitee. Makes recommendations to the Club Racing Board for regulations changes.
Because of the dwindling supply of 13"/14" it was generally agreed some years ago to allow all classes to have 15" wheels. Widths stayed the same (at that time).
