Why I support Mike Collins for the board

Mike Collins was incredibly helpful to me when I began club racing. Facing challenges in the paperwork process for racing school he went out of his way to assist, even though as and ITB owner I was unlikely to ever be a client.

When I asked a list of questions to all the candidates that contacted me Mike was the only one to respond. That says a lot. It's a lot of the reason I took the time to endorse him.

Now is the time when the SCCA needs to to a better job engaging it's membership, bringing value to it's members, communicating it's vision, and attracting racers to the club. Mike Collins has the experience to help all these areas, and his people skills are greatly needed at the leadership level.

That's why I voted for Mike Collins for Area 2 Director
