Motor size in STL

I have been reading the rules and it states that any car listed in the GCR for ITS,ITA,ITB and ITC with a 2.0 motor is eligable for STL but my ITB motor is 2.3, am i out?

Yes, unfortunately. However you are eligible to run in STU.
