hmmm ... Bob Blake just pointed out to me that my comments above
sounded more than a little "ass-hole-ish" and like a very mean and nasty
bit of sarcasm .... In fact Bob called me a "real dick"! ... Bob didn't
know the backstory, and I realized that nobody here but Joe Stadelmann
is in on the joke either!

so... the backstory is ... for qualifying Joe removed his swaybars,
and when he went to reinstall them to race in the dry, he could not
find all the parts to reattach them. I worked with Joe to try to
fit some parts and hardware that we had brought, but the final
missing part was a specially machined delrin bushing attachment ... and
so Joe decided to race without his swaybars and fix it when he got home.

I'll be out there with Ben soon I did the test day on Friday, and ma still getting the car (and the driver) setup...but looking forward to being out there a bunch this season if schedule continues to permit me (and the wallet lol).

I really like this configuration as well, for Pocono anyways, its a huge upgrade! The bumps are a bit much, especially coming onto the back straight from the infield, but they can improve that hopefully. Otherwise the second infield section has some nice rises, and makes for some interesting full throttle mini jumps but its a lot of fun. First turn coming off the front straight is probably where a lot of time will be made up, its a bit tricky with some bumps in the middle.

Nice video Glenn. Thanks for the nice comments as well. Great day on Sunday with everyone in the ITS race. Some of the closest racing I have been involved in. I don't believe the timing wire is the actual race finish, but if so I finished .091 seconds behind Bob. Close...and I was within 19/100 of a second of your track record. Damn hotdog for lunch...

A very good event run by great people. Thanks to all those who put these races together.

    (1:45.100 - 1:45.081 = 0.019 sec = 25 inches at our average 77.5mph)

yes... VERY close indeed ... within an hour or two I will have posted a highlights
video of all three races from Bob's car... LOTS of close racing between you and Bob
