Sebring track records reset??

How do we go about getting the records reset?
The T 1 entry line is closer by around 8ft and the entry speed is 4-6 mph slower. The lap times are about 1- 1.5 sec slower.
What is the procedure?

I think you need to talk to your local region about it being a "new Track" Maybe Sebring 2012+

Usually, the region chief of timing and scoring manages track records for SCCA events.
