Default Update on FF driver injured at LRP 6/8

As many of you know, we had a driver injured severely at Lime Rock Park during the Friday qualifying. Here is a link to the most current info over at Apexspeed from folks who are more directly involved.
Keep him in your thoughts and prayers. He's going to have a long recovery.

St Francis is a good place for him to be (just on the other side of town from me). A close friend is a medic in one of the helicopters which services both Sharon and St Francis (we was not the transport for Brian). I just called him to let him know what happened, he said St Francis will give him among the best chances to get up and walk home.

Hoping a speedy recovery for him and his family.

Steph, Thanks for the link! Our prayers are with the driver and his family. I also worked at St Francis and it has a fantsatic trauma team!

Thank you for the update as we are all worried when something like this happens. The NE region racing community is pretty tight. I am not sure how it can be done but perhaps something from us to the family might be appropriate. Flowers and or a fund to help with expenses would be nice. Anyone from the region know how to start this.

Thoughts and prayers to Brian and his family.
