Transponder Rental at RA?

I'm planning to do the Time Trials at Road Atlanta in May.
Last week at TGPR I could rent an AMB transponder for a reasonable price. Is rental available at RA as well?

From Item 30.f in the event Supps (I know, you're not allowed to read those):


a. Both SafeQuip and the SEDIV Time Trials Steward will have rental transponders available for TT participants that need them.
