How do we obtain the proper CoolShirt decals?

Although displaying the stickers are part of the rules, we understand that we can't have them at every Elective event. Shafer Enterprises is also re-doing the stickers (they changed their name from "Cool Shirt" to "CoolShirt Systems") but we'll try to get some to your local ITNT Rep (which would be Jeff) before your local Elective event.

We will definitely have them (and we'll be checking for them) at the IT-Fest and the ARRC by GRM. Until then nobody's gonna bust your butt if you don't have them.
