Default Pro IT Round 3 - NJMP Lightning

Looking forward to a great weekend at NJMP - 38 cars registered so far for the Pro IT race - 7 ITR folks scheduled to be there. Looks like we've got a bunch of top drivers - MARRS folks are coming to race and there's a bunch of folks in all the classes that can walk away with a win! Will be a great event to watch.

I'm going to do the roving reporter thing and come around and bug some of you guys/gals for interviews on the grid and in the paddock - do a little promo video to encourage more folks to come out and try the series. I'm also going to have somebody tape the race from the tower and see if we can't edit up a nice piece.

Who will break into the 14's??? I got some money on Matt Rooke (but John Hainsworth is coming on STRONG!)

Looking forward to buying everybody a free beer on Satruday (it's on Darrell)

I was wondering if anyone was looking forward to this... I've not even looked at the entry lists yet, but it sounds like it should be exciting! Perhaps the regional as well? A certain ITA car might be crashing the party... Either way, I plan to be there starting Friday

Will see you there Ben, should be a great event! Two seasons ago i was able to squeeze a 1.14.9 in qual but not the race unfortunately!... I have a feeling that some new lap records could be on the table this weekend if the weather is anything like it was at thunderbolt round 3.

No doubt, always need to bring the A game when racing Johnny H!

Reading this thread while at my work desk is torture! Can't get any more pumped up to race this weekend. Should be another great race.

Apparently, I knocked out my rear-end alignment before Rd.2 running STU in the national. Noticed that my wheel wasn't straight on the ProIT pace lap. Turns out the left rear was toed-in almost 2 degrees for the entire ProIT race, it totally destroyed the left side tires. It's straight now and with some fresh rubber I might have something for Matt and the BMW's (but probably not). Getting closer to them each race weekend...I got them thinking about me at least.

See you guys at the track!
