how in the world is the toad $3200??????? Doesn't someone make a similiar product for LOTS less? I don't get it. It does look like it would do the trick but the price is unacceptable.
My trailer jack swings up 90 degrees.

I have the same Class-C and tow a 21ft open trailer.
The factory fixed-mount trailer jack was destroyed on my first tow out-of-state.
A swing-away jack bolted to the A-frame fixed that issue.
The second was avoiding any steep driveways into gas stations and such.
