    Default Splitter

I read the rules to say that my splitter/under tray, has to stop @ the front edge of the fender. Also that all canards and vortex generators, must be under the body outline. Is this correct?

not sure what direction your "stop" refers to, but the rear boundary is the leading point of the wheel arch, the front and sides are to be within the shadow of the body. integrated bumpers count in this boundary, non integrated don't.

I don't see anything about canards or vortex generators, and default to IIDSYCTYC. we all "know" what "could" be done, "legally" but there is no specific allowance for anything other than an air dam (GCR p. 143) and/or spoiler (p. 161).
