    One guy wrote, "The rescue squad is taxpayer supported. We have a right to know about the private deal they arrived at, because we are the ones who will end up paying for the tracks inability to pay the bill", or something to that effect...

    which begs the question...how are the taxpayers getting screwed if they are the ones paying....if it is, as he says, taxpayer supported?

    The comments also stated the management had changed often and the original investors had left. Is that true?
