Empty Trailer Traveling VIR --> Connecticut
I am driving down to the VIR 13 at the end of this week, with a car on an open trailer to bring down for a friend. That trailer is empty for the trip back home. I can trailer something back for you.
Limitations:
- You (or your sender) have to meet me at VIR October 29th or 30th with that car. I am qualifying Friday and racing all day Saturday, then hitting the road very early Sunday AM to come home. If I know you then I may let you take the truck and trailer to somewhere to load then return it.
- Once home in CT I'm somewhat flexible on time and place for delivery, and/or if you're reasonably along my route home Sunday (I-81N to I-84E) then I can drop it off. Keep in mind I'll have my wife and dog with me, so I can't tolerate too much meandering...
I have to imagine someone in the Northeast would like a nice southern car, and this can be a cheap way to get it back home...
