Any time you see a spammer, hit the "Report Post" icon on the upper right (the triangle with the exclamation point). We get notified of those with links to the post.

When you select that icon, there will be an area for you to type something in. Just type in something simply like "spammer = " and make sure to put in the user name so we get that in the notification as well.
