Default In car radio replacement batteries

So, just wanted to share a resource I came across when looking for replacement batteries for our Motorolas. I get tired of places like Radio Shack, who never seem to have what you need when it comes to batteries.
It's probably old news, but in case someone besides me hasn't heard of them before now, try www.atbatt.com
They seem to have a huge selection, and I just got ours in in good order, as promised, and they work as they should.
They also have chargers, and batteries for all kinds of stuff.
Maybe now I can hear my crew again!

(oh wait....last time I got to use radios, they started singing to me.....)

Last year I had batteries go bad in a radio, battery cost more than the radio(online wholesale).
I got someone to rewire the radio to 12V and install an outlet. Now it runs off the car battery, no need to worry about charging it!

??? Did we have a freq conflict in the past? If it happens again let me know; we have 11 channels and can always switch...

Read Dick's post again Greg....I haven't run radios on a couple of years...thought you'd like the serenade...having Dick bellow, er, whispher sweet nothings in your ear while at speed....

p.s. One year at LRP while in ITB, they came to me on grid and asked me what my transponder # was. I turned around and asked Eric Curran what his was and tried to give it to them...
