Transponder/MyLaps question

Help! I did some searching but I can't find a thread that answers the question of how to transfer ownership of a transponder on MyLaps. The previous owner gave me his account login and password but I can't change the name, etc. Couldn't find anything on the MyLaps site either. Fired off an email a week ago but still no reply.

You have to pay them a $40 transfer fee...

What's up?! Yep now own Jim's #64! The CSR is on the back burner for a while. I'll be out there with you and the rest the IT crowd, it's a hell of a lot more fun anyway!!!
