    Default Fender Roller

Does anyone have a fender roller I can "borrow" rent, etc for a week sometime in late March?

I am in the NYC area.

EDIT: I am NOT referring to a baseball bat... (GREG!)

UH uh... I didn't think I needed to preface my request but considering the "IT" clowns here (myself included) I clearly goofed.

Hey, I wasn't kidding...OH! You want one of those fancy-schmancy thingies that are nukular-powered, computer-controlled, does all the work for you and gets you a beer while it does it...

...and, in the end, does the same thing as a $20 baseball bat...?

    Gotcha.

I grow up in Greece during my childhood and thereafter never had a need for a bat. We used our knuckles in my athens neighborhood. I live with Italian from Staten Island, and she doesn't have a bat. My understanding is italians from staten island use other tools to straigthen things out. The shop I store and work on my car is owned by an italian from Naples... again no bat as he 'claims' to play soccer and uses MMA to straighten things out. I do NOT have a bat! My paint will crack, chip and peel off if I use a bat. I am vein (for my car) and want it to continue to be perfect... after all, it is a Honda.

Wait til you f*ck it up the first time. You won't be as concerned about how it looks........

Maybe you aren't driving it hard enough........

I have this solid tow hook in the front of my car... it sticks out 8" from my front bumper cover. Guess where it's going?

Contact the nearest "Tuner/ lowrider/customizer" shop in your area.

I did that on my last build ($20.00 for the day rental ) and the tool is the nuts!!

Everyone else can keep their baseball bats.

I think this is what your are looking for.

    http://www.eastwood.com/ew-fender-ro...struction.html

It was frequently seen near BMW 2002's a couple years ago when the new Hoosier tires became available.

Thanks all - that eastwood piece is exactly what a friend has upstate and is willing to sell it to me for $200. I will use it once and sell it for $175... and so on goes the saga.

Buy it and I'll rent it from you for $25. Do that enough times and you'll own it for free.

I gave my bat away after I built the NX (swearing I'd never build another car again in my life...)

This process is called "Blueprinting the Fenders". I'm pretty sure it covered in the GCR somewhere.

It is Charlie: ITCS 8a "It is permitted to roll under or flatten any interior lip on the wheel opening for tire clearance"

    Need lots for Hoosier clearance!
