I have a Spec clutch in my Neon, Stage 3 I think, and had the same question. Couldn't really come up with a good answer, so I just went racing. It took maybe 3 weekends (which so happens to be roughly 500miles) to really start to stick on upshifts. Now, another 8 weekends later, it still works like a dream. I had the trans out mid season this year, and quite honestly, if I were to put the clutch back in the box, I would be hard pressed to tell it from a new one.

2009 Regional Overall Champion. Second this year, dammit.
Thanks for the input. I'll run a couple of track days before next racing season starts to at least break it in a little bit.
