    Default Header Temps

Looking to change to a different header over winter.

Has anyone tried the Jet Hot coat ceramic on a 13B rotary?

Any idea what the header temp is at the exhaust port?

    Thanks for any assist,
    Ray

AT the port, it could be over 1700, (or worse if the engine has issues), further down the pipe, it's in the 1600 range.

yes , we use the jet hot coated headers. the coating helps the header to last longer. also lowering temps under the hood , we believe ! even though we havn't raced in a year or so. get the header coated ..money well send. ralph mcconnell its #86
