1999 Miata ECU flashing??

Sorry to ask all these questions but I really would like to be back in IT racing....ITS is the goal. Until I can have a motor built for my 1999 is there anyone who can flash a stock ECU without buying a stand alone system and have dyno time done for the tune($$$$) just to redo it when I get a .40 motor. I hear about the flashed ECU's in specmiata but do not know if this is really true. I would ask this question on specmiata.com but I would get beat up and bashed and be called a cheater. Does anyone know who could do a stock flash??? I have done some research but have found nothing.... I have bought nothing yet so I am still keeping options open.
