Default Spring length for 2nd gen front strut?

What length of spring do I need for Koni insert in the AWR mount for the front on a 2nd gen? Been away from this for too long.

The IT setup usually came with a 10" spring. We use 8" one everything including the EP setup.

Thanks. I was thinking 8 or 9 inch. The 10 inch looked to be way long.

The 8 inch springs have a better frequency range. The Koni inserts (single yellow) are usually good up to 400-450 and then they tend to occilate.
