    Sounds ideal for getting rid of old racecars, assuming you have the title. Plus you can strip all the good stuff off.

    Pretty sure this will only apply to operational cars that have been registered for at least 1 year.

    Spec is correct. You are not going to be able to drag an old unregistered abandoned clunker in for the trade.

    But if you have a title - or in some states like NH, just a bill of sale for an older car, you can register an old racer for a lot less than the clunker rebate.
    Time for me to see what's sleeping in the weeds behind my garage.
