Rear Spring Rate ITB CRX

New to ITB, purchased a 1986 CRX and do not know the rear spring rate. What should it be, and how would I check the ones I have in the car? If I need to purchase new springs what brand, type, style should I look for. Thanks for the help

What size torsion bars does it have on the front?

most springs are marked. what size springs are they (length & height).

i have ~ 450 in the back with 27.5 mm torsions in front.

if the springs are 1.75" by 8", your sources will be different than if you have the more common 2"

Very new to this - how do I measure the front t-bars to find out there size?

the T-bars would have to be removed.
