Default ARP Head Bolts Mazda 1.8 BP engine

Rebuilding a Mazda 1.8L BP engine from a 91-95 Escort GT or Protege and am having trouble finding a new Head bolt set. Does ARP make a set or is there another manufacturer. I assume we should not reuse the original set.

Call MazdaComp (Mazdaspeed) and get new OEM stuff.

Thanks Andy but I have called Mazdaspeed before and the person I spoke with said they would not deal with me bacause I do not actually have a Mazda. I was trying at that time for some info and parts on the suspension system and I have not called back since.

i've reused OEM stuff a bunch of times and haven't had any problems, and don't know of anyone else who has either.

i wouldn't spend the money on ARP head bolts, but i probably would on the rods. if i was rebuilding a motor and wanted new, i would call mazda as suggested.

Looks like I lost a rod bolt which of course caused me to lose a rod and then I blew 3 holes in the engine block and 2 holes through the pan when the various parts grenaded. Have new rebuilt block and head is being redone at Heads Up in New York.

Just tell them the motor you have. Or have someone order them for you.
