Yeah, something's not connected correctly between DLB/Paypal/registrar. I finally just canceled the PayPal payment and sent in a check.

I'm really looking forward to this race and it's starting to look like it's going to be ITC Fest.

Yeah, I send in en entry form and check everytime. So I dont have to worry about stuff not working and such LOL.
but that doesnt mean that my entry cant get lost in the mail

Why only five cars total for the pursuit race? I'm tempted to sign-up for it just for the track time, though I wish it were a bit cheaper...

Just an idea but shouldn't 9 ITC cars qualify to have their own run group???? They could bump the one FM in with the other formula cars & let the C cars have at it without having to worry about faster cars ummmm.... cars in other classes, Yeah, thats what i mean cars in other classes lapping us. It could be our own little ITC Fest.

Have ITC's EVER run by themselves at a regional race??

there will be some changes in the grouping. Ill know for sure by tomorrow (wednesday). They're taking ITA out of group 1. so the ITC boys done have to worry about the faster ITA cars catching them at the end.
Group 2 will most likely be combined with group 6.
ill let you guys know.

The toilet is unclogged. One of the guys here who is just slightly smarter than me had the bright idea to contact DLB directly.

Issue: an incorrect email address was used for the paypal address. Since the paypal transactions weren't going thru, dlb wasn't getting notified of the payment so there were a bunch of entries sitting in a pending payment status.

Sounded like the region was going to contact those affected and have them bring a check and cancel the paypal transaction.

The good news is there were more entries that it appeared on the entry list a couple of days ago. I don't know if the current entry list now includes those affected. The entry list stands at 66. That might be everyone or there might still be some hiding. But at least it is a reasonable number.

The bad news is that there are now 9 ITA cars. So the ITC dominance is somewhat diminished. Let's hope there is another Renault hiding out there.

nope, we've been moved back to group 5 with the production boys :-( I wanted to run all IT together. oh well. I can watch ya'll out on the track in the early morning qualifying!

haha. yeah. I like watching the B and C guys. Cause ITA is usually grouped with the ITS boys.
hmmm but we're with the prod group. either those cars will be REALLY FAST or REALLY SLOW! LOL. and dripping oil on the track

Just got word there are currently 10 entered in ITA.
somehow when word goes out about a race there are few ITA entries, then at the last minute there are a lot!

had a good time......second time at Nelson's and first in the rain....wow. I was surprised when I registered at the track I had to pay a late fee for both days...$415.. I was reading about the interent problems and thought that they would take it easy on me....guess NOT! Will only do planned events now.

Greg, sorry to hear that. That late fee is BS and I would have told them to stick their race and went home if I lived as close as you do. How'd you do?
