    Default Rules Contradiction

Rule 7.a.1 states...."All other cars shall
retain the wheel diameter fitted as original equipment for
    their make, model, and type."

Rule 7.a.6 states....."classes ITB and ITC - six
    (6) inches."

So if a car came from the factory with 7" wheels which paragraph defines the wheel width? Chuck

You are confusing diameter with width.

    Maximum width rule controls (7a.6.)

7.a.6 specifies wheel width. There really is no contradiction IMO, as 7.a.1 says "shall retain the wheel diameter fitted as original equipment", it says nothing about retaining the wheel fitted as original equipment.
