    Default Wolf Ridge Hillclimb Registration.

Registration is open for the 3rd Annual Wolf Ridge Hillclimb in Mars Hill NC. Date is May 2/3 2009. This is a really laid back, fun event. We race up an over 2 mile course with plenty of elevation change and 180 switchbacks. You will not find better lodging and food at any other race. The paddock is at the top of the mountain in the lodge parking lot surrounded by high end vacation cabins. Nice flat paved area. Where else can you finish a run and go kick back in your hot tub between groups!! Dinner last year was a prime rib buffet. Registration is open at http://www.myautoevents.com/pls/mae/frmEventList.Show?psevent_type_id=18

Resort website for lodging is www.scenicwolfresort.com

180 switchbacks??!! That's one every 60 feet, Steve!! Just kidding.
This is a blast of an event. Last year, it was kinda warm. The year before, it was friggin cold. Fun, low-pressure, nice cabins, great people, and a wonderful hill that will make you ask yourself "where did I lose time?" every time you run it.

Default Come on down!! (or up, over, or whatever!)

Want to race in a less expensive, lower pressure, more family-friendly environment, all while enjoying beautiful mountain vistas, good food, a great course, stiff competition, and the opportunity to stay in a beautiful mountain cabin?? Act fast, as this opportunity is time-limited!!!
