How long does this last? Is it only good for the calender year or would your tech be current for one year after your inspection?

the situation
My car will not be ready to do my drivers school in feb, so i am borrowing a friends miata. The tech inspection was done on 3/26/08. does it need to have its annual done before drivers school in feb?

Annual is good for 12 months however check the logbook. At the last annual they should have made a belt date notation. If they have expired tech will need to update that.
