They had just finalized collecting the points from everyone about two weeks ago. That's all I know about it at this point.

I really don't know what the holdup is. Maybe it's that time of year when everything slows to a snail's pace and nothing much gets done.

Given the need for qualified and motivated workers, maybe we are in trouble...
