    Question Building for 2009

    What is the general opinion on building a 88 RX7 convertible for IT. Or should i look for a coupe .

    You will never get a convertible to stick in the rear end without the wing. Aero is also very bad. Waste of time and money. Get a non-sunroof coup if you can find one.

    It's not allowed in IT:

    Convertibles are only allowed if the car came only as a convertible (eg. MG midget, or Mazada Miata, and ect.) or specifically allowed on the spec line (eg. BMW Z3 roadster).

    That's on GCR page 339.
