What do you mean "re-certified?" Was it involved in an incident and you want to insure it is still structurally sound, or are you looking to extend an SA2000 to an SA2005?
For the former, contact the helmet manufacturer. They can provide this service.
For the latter, I believe you'll have to buy a new helmet.

Did you see Stans video....Again no Saturn to mention or to be seen,. Neons and other junk like that...but no Saturns kinda hurts. I know you and him have a special love connection.
