    OK I misunderstood the original instructions. This will work with any hosted video sites on the list above but for .wmv to work they would have to be uploaded to IT.com. Not a viable option. However since you can upload WMV files to YouTube they can then be linked to IT.com afterwards via the method shown above.

    I just added Photobucket videos and ESPN, Streetfire, CarPixTV...

    Oh well. I prefer to host myself. YouTube overcompresses and has a 10 minute limit. I'll just post links.

    YOu know about YouTube HiRes option? Google it becuase I forget but you can add a string to the end of the URL and get much higher quality from videos uploaded at higher resolutions.
