Actually, Jeremy, to be more accurate you have an entire garage - two spaces - available. I have dibs on garages 18, 19, 20 for the whole year, and only two are currently filled.
If you can find a friend to take the third garage - or if you want both spaces at $150 - then it's yours. Otherwise it will be released back to the track for rental when the guys show up Friday morning.
