Default 240sx clutch 12 valve vs 16 valve

Can anyone tell me the difference between the clutch kits for the different motors? Everything seems to be the same but there's two different part numbers. I've got a LUK clutch kit OEM replacement for the 12 valve that I'm trying to sell and someone with a 16 valve is interested. I don't want to sell it to him if it won't fit for some reason.
    Thanks,
    Michael

My parts department said the clutch should fit. Sometimes Nissan changes parts #'s when models change.

the only difference is the bearing included per kit. I believe its the throwout bearing part that is the only change b/w kits. The clutch cover, disc, alignment tool and so forth remains the same.
