Default This subforum has been dead for a while, so TR8 stuff

Season has started pretty decent. Qualified and finished 3rd at VIR, and could actualy see the leader (and was on 2nd's bumper) at the end of the race.

2nd at CMP last weekend after again qualifying 4th, in a decent field of 13 cars. Had nothing for 1st, or the 2nd place qualifier who fell out, but had a great battle with Harold Corbin's 325is for 2nd and managed to prevail (although a great drive by him as well).

So, points look decent so far this year.

If anyone wants me to build them a TR8, let me know....lol.....yeah right!

Probably going to Daytona this year, since it is possible we will "lose" that race in the near future. Same weekend as IT Fest unfortunately.

How come it didn't occur to me back in the day that those fellows really were hot rocking, as in, flaming?

    jeff, congrats...

I was thinking about this and I wonder if your TR-8 might just be THE most successful British car in the modern era of IT? (Against real competition, that is...)
