I have the IT Triple Crown Rules I'd like to attach to a post for public comment (praise or ridicule) but the file is 72 k and the limit is 19.5k. I could paste it in the post but what are my options?

Cut & Paste it into a thread or link to it from another website.

Upload it for free to some place like http://www.datafilehost.com/ then share the link where it is uploaded at. No registration needed at the site, and no cost.
