2008 NARRC Rules

Key changes:
New run groups:
- NJMP added
- WGI double
- Points payout restructure (paying much deaper)
- Bonus for starting 5th race
- Bonus for running all 3 eligible tracks (track must have 2 or more race weekends on the schedule to be eligible)
- No credit for a start if DQ'd
- Addition of IT7
