Who makes this one? Mine's just like it, in the shop to see if a leak can be fixed and if not I would like to replace it with the same make as shown below.

Hard to see much in that photo. I assume it is not the ISC one?

It may very well be as my 1st car was built by ISC and that's where the leaker came from. I would not image Mike would take the time to make radiators instead of buying from someone who does, but who knows?

The filler "neck" is the giveaway I think.

I will check the neck on the isc one I have in the car tomorrow. I believe that they take a off the shelf one and convert it to a double flow by adding a baffle on the left side tank and moving one of the outlets so they are both on the right.

The ISC radiator that I bought from Mike was a Howe modified per what Dick said. The top of my radiator did not have the alum strap (or is this radiator a top tank/bottom tank?) going from side tank to side tank it had an inverted alum "u" shape channel.

I'm pretty sure they are top and bottom tanked.

You are right about the unique filler cap. The ISC one has the cap right in the top of the tank.

That looks like it has side tanks. Mine definitely has top and bottom tanks. It's at a radiator repair shop and hopefully they can fix it.
